Removal and Installation


REMOVAL
1. Remove the hood. Service and Repair.
2. Remove the front bumper reinforcement. Service and Repair .
3. Remove the hood lock assembly. Service and Repair.
4. Remove the air duct. Service and Repair (MR20DE) or Service and Repair (QR25DE).
5. Remove both headlamps. Removal and Replacement .
6. Remove the crash zone sensor.
7. Remove the I-key buzzer.
8. Remove the horn. [1][2]Electrical Diagrams Service and Repair.
9. Remove the air guide and hood lock cable clip.
10. Remove the washer tank. Service and Repair.
11. Remove the radiator. Removal and Installation (MR20DE) or Removal and Installation (QR25DE).
12. Remove the AC condenser. Service and Repair.
13. Remove the bolts (a) and the radiator core support (1).






INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
