Removal and Installation


REMOVAL

1.Remove tires with power tool. Exploded View.
2.Remove the engine and the transaxle assembly from the vehicle together with the front suspension member. Removal And Installation.
3.Remove the following parts from front suspension member.
- Engine assembly: Removal And Installation.
- Transaxle assembly: Removal And Installation.
- Steering gear assembly: Removal And Installation.
- Steering hydraulic line: Service and Repair.
- Stabilizer bar: Removal And Installation.
- Transverse link: Removal And Installation.
4.Perform inspection after removal. Inspection.

INSTALLATION

Note the following, and install in the reverse order of removal.
- Perform final tightening of bolts and nuts at the vehicle installation position (rubber bushing), under unladen conditions with tires on level ground.
- Perform inspection after installation. Inspection.
