With Air Conditioning


CAPRICE & CUTLASS SUPREME CLASSIC, PARISIENNE

1. Disconnect battery ground cable and discharge system refrigerant.
2. Drain radiator coolant.
3. Disconnect heater hoses at heater core.
4. Remove retainer bracket and ground strap.
5. Disconnect module rubber seal.
6. Remove module screen.
7. Remove righthand windshield wiper arm.
8. Remove diagnostic connector, hi-blower relay and thermal switch mounting screws.
9. Disconnect all electrical connectors at module top.
10. Remove module top, then the heater core.
11. Reverse procedure to install, applying new sealer material as necessary.
