System Inspection - Tempmatic Climate Control System

1. Check vacuum lines for proper routing and connection. Check to ensure no lines are kinked or pinched.
2. Check in-car hose connection at instrument panel grille and compensator. Check to ensure there are no kinks or restrictions.
3. Check seal between A/C-heater module and programmer drive to ensure no leaks are present.
4. Check temperature door for proper adjustment and free operation. Check to ensure that programmer lever is not obstructed.
5. Check temperature control cable for kinks, improper routing and binding.
6. Check programmer linkages and compensator arm for binding or loose connections.
