EXC. 1985
1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove mass air flow sensor and air intake duct.
3. Remove serpentine accessory drive belt, generator and bracket.
4. Disconnect C3 ignition module electrical connector, then remove C3 ignition module.
5. Disconnect vacuum lines and wiring connectors as necessary.
6. Disconnect cruise control, throttle and T.V. cables from throttle body.
7. Drain cooling system, then disconnect heater hoses from throttle body.
8. Disconnect upper radiator hose, then the fuel lines, fuel rail and injectors.
9. Remove intake manifold attaching bolts, then the manifold and gasket.
10. Reverse procedure to install. Torque manifold bolts in sequence shown in Fig. 5.
