Outer control arm bushings can be replaced without removing control arm from vehicle after performing steps 1---9 of ``Control Arm, Replace'' procedure. If inner control arm bolts are not loosened, or removed, alignment will not be disturbed and it will not be necessary to perform wheel alignment after outer bushing replacement. Control arm must be removed from vehicle to replace inner control arm bushings. After replacing inner bushings, check wheel alignment as outlined. When replacing lower control arm bushings, refer to Fig. 5.
