Evaporator Core: Service and Repair

Evaporator And Heater Core Removal:

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Discharge A/C system.
2. Rear hood seal.
3. Air inlet screen.
4. Right windshield wiper arm.
5. All electrical connections on module top cover.
6. Module top cover.
7. Accumulator bracket screws.
8. Refrigerant lines at accumulator and liquid line.
9. Evaporator core.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Evaporator core sealing with new strip caulk type sealing material.
2. Refrigerant lines at accumulator and liquid line.
3. Accumulator bracket screws.
4. Module to cover sealing with strip caulk tape sealing material.
5. All electrical connections on module top cover.
6. Right windshield wiper arm.
7. Air inlet screen.
8. Rear hood seal assembly.
9. Evacuate and recharge A/C system.
