Condenser HVAC: Service and Repair

Condenser Replacement:






REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Battery hold down and battery.
2. Discharge A/C.
3. Fan(s).
4. Upper radiator support.
5. Coolant overflow tube from radiator.
6. Refrigerant lines at the condenser.
7. Condenser support bolts.
8. Condenser.
9. Refrigerant line brackets from condenser.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Refrigerant line brackets to condenser.
2. Condenser.
3. Condenser support bolts.
4. Refrigerant lines at condenser.
5. Coolant overflow tube to radiator.
6. Upper radiator support.
7. Fan(s).
8. Battery and battery hold down.
9. Evacuate and charge A/C system.
