Test D: A/C Compressor Control Output Test

1. Use a test lamp to check the voltage to ground at the following terminals of the Heater and A/C Control Assembly.

Test D A/C Compressor Control Output Test:

^ If all tests are good, check for an open in the YEL wire (966) between terminal 1 and terminal 5 of the A/C Compressor Relay.
^ If test lamp does not light at terminal D, check Fuse 11 by operating the Radio. Check for an open in the ORN wire (40).
^ If test lamp does not light at terminal J, check Fuse 7 and check for an open in the BRN wire (50).
^ If the lamp does not light at terminal 1 only, replace the Heater and A/C Control Assembly.
