Accumulator Assembly

1. Install oil seal onto 1-2 accumulator piston.

2. Install piston into housing.

3. Install plate, gasket, spring and housing onto case

4. Install bolts, then torque to specifications.

5. Install pressure switch and bolt.

6. Install O-ring onto solenoid. Lubricate O-ring with Transjel.

7. Install solenoid and bolts. Torque bolts to specifications.

8. Install signal oil pipe, pressure switch, then the manual detent roller and spring.

9. Install wire clips, then the signal oil pipe retainer. Remove valve body bolts if necessary.

10. Install case electrical connector with seal.

11. Install throttle lever and bracket assembly as follows:

a. Install spring onto lifter, then the lifter into bracket spring first.

b. Install TV link as shown, then the bracket and bolt.

12. Install seal onto filter. Lubricate with Transjel.

13. Install oil filter, oil pan gasket, oil pan, then the oil pan bolts. Torque bolts to specifications.
