Throttle Position (TP) Sensor Adjust

TPS Adjustment Check:

1. Install three jumper wires between TPS and harness connector or use a "Scan" tool.
2. With ignition "ON," use a digital voltmeter connected to terminals "B" and "C," or dark blue and black wire terminals. Adjust TPS to specifications. See SPECIFICATIONS for voltage reading.
3. When voltage reading is satisfactory, tighten the retaining screws and and remove the voltmeter and jumper leads. Reconnect the TPS connector.
4. If proper voltage reading cannot be obtained , replace TPS sensor.
