The Powermaster III unit is equipped with electrical connectors which utilize a connector position assurance locking pin. This locking pin assures proper alignment and engagement of the connector, Fig. 74.
Always remove the locking pin prior to disconnecting electrical connector. Use extreme caution as to not damage locking pin during removal or installation. Note position of rubber seals when disconnecting connectors for installation purposes. Always reinstall locking pins after reconnecting connector.
