This bulletin is being revised to include 1991 and 1992 model years. Please discard bulletin number 461201 (Group Reference 1 - HVAC).

The following represents new information.

HEATER CORE REPLACEMENT





REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Engine coolant.
2. Heater hoses. Refer to "Heater Hose Replacement".
3. Instrument panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Replacement".
4. Rear heater case screws.
5. Rear heater case.
6. Screws.
7. Straps.
8. Heater core.
9. Seals.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. Seals.
2. Heater core.
3. Straps.
4. Screws.
5. Rear case.
6. Rear case screws.
7. Instrument panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Replacement".
8. Heater hoses. Refer to "Heater Hose Replacement".
9. Engine coolant.
