Radiator: Service and Repair

Radiator Mounting:




Coolant Hoses:




Radiator Surge Tank:






Remove or Disconnect

1. Negative battery cable.
2. Drain the cooling system.
3. Air intake duct assembly.
4. Upper transaxle cooler line.
5. Upper radiator hose.
6. Lower transaxle cooler line.
7. Cooling fan electrical connection and retaining bolt(s).
8. Cooling fan.
9. Splash guard below lower radiator hose.
10. Lower radiator hose from radiator.
11. Condenser line retaining clip.
12. Condenser to radiator bolts.
13. Coolant surge tank hose.
14. Radiator retaining bolts.
15. Radiator.

Install or Connect

1. Radiator.
2. Radiator retaining bolts.

Tighten
^ Bolts to 10 N.m (90 lbs. ft.).

3. Coolant surge tank hose.
4. Condenser to radiator bolts.
5. Condenser line retaining clip.
6. Lower radiator hose to radiator.
7. Splash guard below lower radiator hose.
8. Cooling fan.
9. Cooling fan retaining bolt(s) and electrical connection.
10. Lower transaxle cooler line.
11. Upper radiator hose.
12. Upper transaxle cooler line.
13. Air intake duct assembly.
14. Fill cooling system.
15. Negative battery cable.

Inspect
^ For leaks.
