Water Pump: Service and Repair
Fig. 21 Water Pump Replacement:
1.
Disconnect battery ground cable.
2.
Drain
cooling system, then remove serpentine belt.
3.
Remove
idler pulley bolt, then water pump pulley bolts and remove pulley.
4.
Remove water pump attaching bolts, then the water pump,

Reverse procedure to install.
