CONDITION:
Some 1992 Achieva's may exhibit a condition where the left hand mirror cable remote control assembly becomes loose at the front side upper door trim.

CAUSE:
Inadequate retention of the set screw to the palnut.

CORRECTION:
Replace the existing front side upper door trim with the appropriate revised part listed below:

22587636 Camel
22587637 Medium Gray
22587638 Garnet
