Operational Test

A/C Functional Test:

NOTE To aid in determining whether or not the air conditioning, electrical, air, and refrigeration systems are operating properly. Refer to Functional Test for additional diagnosis. Functional Test/Check

1. Operation of the air conditioning blower at all four speeds with the (mode) button in any position except "OFF" and engagement of the compressor clutch would indicate that the electrical circuits are functioning properly. (The blower will not operate in any speed with the mode button in the "OFF" position.)
2. Operation of the A/C control selector (mode) button to distribute air from designed outlets would indicate proper functioning.
