Refrigerant
All vehicles built prior to, and some vehicles built during the 1994 model year used an R-12 air conditioning system. However, some of those vehicles have been converted to use R-134a.
R-12 and R-134a are not compatible and should not be mixed.
A
refrigerant tester should be used to determine which refrigerant is used in your vehicle before adding refrigerant to the system.
