EGR Valve: Service and Repair
Digital EGR Valve Assembly - Removing/Installing:
REMOVE OR DISCONNECT -
Negative battery cable.

EGR valve electrical connector.
-
EGR valve.
INSTALL OR CONNECT -
EGR valve.
-
Thoroughly clean old gasket material from all surfaces and install with new gaskets.
-
Torque bolts to
25 Nm (18 ft lb). -
EGR valve electrical connector.
-
Negative battery cable.
