Front Wheel Speed Sensor


1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Raise and support vehicle, then remove wheel and tire assembly.
3. Disconnect wheel sensor connector.
4. Remove hub and bearing assembly.
5. Using a blunt screwdriver, remove speed sensor from hub and bearing assembly.
6. Reverse procedure to install.

NOTE: Apply Loctite 620 or suitable equivalent on contact surface of the speed sensor and hub assembly then use pressing tool No. J 38764, or equivalent, to press speed sensor onto hub and bearing assembly.
