Idle/Throttle Speed Control Unit: Service and Repair

Throttle Body Assembly:






TOOL REQUIRED
J 29607, Idle Speed Control (ISC) Actuator Adjusting Wrench

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Air intake
2. ISC actuator electrical connector.
3. ISC actuator.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1. ISC actuator.

Tighten
ISC actuator nuts to 3.7 Nm (33 lb. in.).

2. ISC actuator electrical connector.
3. Air intake duct.

ADJUST
1. Perform Chart C-2B Idle Speed Control check.
- Refer to Computers and Control Systems / System Diagnosis. Testing and Inspection
2. Perform "TP SENSOR LEARN" procedure.
3. Perform "IDLE LEARN" procedure.
- TP SENSOR LEARN and the IDLE LEARN procedure are located at Fuel System / Service and Repair. Service and Repair
