Note: The sensor is mounted on a service fitting and can be replaced without discharging the A/C system.
Remove or Disconnect
1. Negative battery cable.
2. Electrical connection at the sensor.
3. Pressure sensor and discard the O-ring seal.
Install or Connect
1. New O-ring seal lubricated in clean 525 viscosity refrigerant oil.
2. Pressure sensor.
3. Electrical connection at the sensor.
4. Negative battery cable.
