Perimeter Lighting

This feature causes the headlamps, parklamps, backup lamps, and both cornering lamps to illuminate when the vehicle is unlocked with the transmitter. The perimeter lighting feature will only be activated if it is dark outside (per twilight sentinel system). This will provide a well-lit area around the complete vehicle for personal security.

This feature can be programmed "ON" or "OFF" for each transmitter. To program use the following procedure.

TO TURN OFF (IF CURRENTLY ENABLED)
1. Hold power door lock switch down - Doors lock.
2. Press PANIC button - Perimeter lighting remains enabled, horn chirps two times.
3. Press PANIC button - Perimeter lighting remains disabled, horn chirps one time.
4. Release lock switch - Customization completed, Perimeter lighting OFF.

TO TURN ON (IF CURRENTLY DISABLED)
1. Hold lock switch down - Doors lock.
2. Press PANIC button - Perimeter lighting remains disabled, horn chirps one time.
3. Press PANIC button - Perimeter lighting remains enabled, horn chirps two times.
4. Release lock switch - Customization completed, Perimeter lighting is "ON."
