Radiator: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Negative battery cable.
2. Engine coolant.
3. Upper fan mounting bolts.





4. Upper radiator panel.





5. Coolant hoses from radiator and coolant recovery tank hose from radiator neck.
6. Fan connector.
7. Transaxle oil cooler lines from radiator side tank.
8. Radiator from vehicle.

INSTALLATION
1. Radiator in vehicle, locating bottom of radiator in lower mounting pads.
2. Radiator to radiator support attaching clamp and bolts. Torque to 10 Nm (88 inch lbs).
3. Transaxle oil cooler lines. Tighten nuts to 27 Nm (20 ft. lbs.).
4. Coolant hoses to radiator. Torque clamps to 2 Nm (15 inch lbs.).
5. Upper radiator panel.
6. Coolant recovery hose to radiator neck.
7. Fan assembly and fan attaching bolts. Torque to 10 Nm (88 inch lbs.).
8. Fan connector.
9. Engine coolant.
10. Negative battery cable.
11. Check for leaks.
