Wiper Blade Assembly Replacement

Description:

Remove or Disconnect
1. Turn ignition switch to "ACCY" position.
2. Set wiper switch to "PULSE" position.
3. Turn ignition switch off when wipers are at innerwipe and not moving.
4. Wiper blade assembly (10) from wiper arm assembly (9).
^ Push down on release latch (J) and pull wiper blade assembly (10) from wiper arm assembly (9).

Install or Connect

Important: Use only 22-inch beam-type blade assemblies. With windshield wipers at innerwipe, blade assemblies must be installed with wiper blade element notches (K) pointed toward head casting (H) of wiper arm assembly (9).

1. Wiper blade assembly (10) on wiper arm assembly (9).
2. Operate wipers and check for proper operation.
