Pressure Cycling Switch






Removal Procedure

1. Raise and suitably support the vehicle.
2. Disconnect the A/C control switch connection.
3. Remove the A/C control switch.

Installation Procedure

Important: Counterhold the compressor/condenser hose using a wrench.

1. Install the A/C control switch:
^ Use new O-rings.
^ Lubricate the new O-rings using mineral oil, 525 viscosity.

Tighten
Tighten the A/C control switch to 7 N.m (62 lb in).

2. Connect the A/C control switch connector.
3. Lower the vehicle.
