Warm-Up Cycle

Warm-Up Cycle Description

A warm-up cycle consist of the following:

^ An engine start-up.

^ An increase in Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) of more than 1O4°C (4O°F) above start-up engine coolant temperature.

^ A minimum ECT of 320°C (16O°F). Certain diagnostic test will not run if these conditions are not met during an ignition cycle.
