Low Coolant Level - Range Yes/No

The Body Function Controller (BFC) uses this input in determining the Engine Coolant Level. The input is received by the Body Function Controller (BFC) and is sent out on the Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) to the Instrument Cluster to light the Low Coolant Symbol Indicator. On, is displayed when the engine coolant level is low. Off, is displayed when the engine coolant level is not low.
