Washer Fluid Level - Range Ok/Low

The Body Function Controller (BFC) uses this input in determining the Washer Fluid Level. The input is received by the Body Function Controller (BFC) and is sent out on the Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) to the Instrument Cluster to light the Low Wash Indicator. OK, is displayed when the Washer Fluid Level is above one-third full. Low, is displayed when the washer fluid level is less than one-third full.
