Power Seat Motor: Service and Repair

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the power seat adjuster.
2. Remove the drive cables.
3. Manually adjust the power seat adjusters in the full-up and horizontal position.
4. Remove the front and rear vertical actuator screws.
5. Remove the front and rear vertical actuator from the seat adjusters.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

1. Install the front and rear vertical actuator to the seat adjusters.
2. Install the front and rear vertical actuator screws.

Tighten
Tighten the front and rear vertical actuator screws to 6 N.m (53 lb in).

3. Install the drive cables.
4. Install the power seat adjuster.
