Refrigerant Oil Capacities

System 250 ml (9 oz)

Evaporator 90 ml (3 oz)

Condenser 30 ml (1 oz)

Accumulator 30 ml (1 oz) + any amount removed

Compressor
If less than 30 ml (1 oz) was drained add 60 ml (2 oz)
If more than 30 ml (1 oz) was drained add equal amount

Note: If there was an abrupt oil lose due to a large refrigerant leak, add 90 ml (3 oz), plus the required amount for the component being replaced.
