Exhaust Crossover Installation

1. Install the exhaust crossover.
2. Install the exhaust crossover studs to the right exhaust manifold.
^ Tighten the studs to 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.).

NOTICE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Install the exhaust crossover bolts to the left exhaust manifold.
^ Tighten the bolts to 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.).

4. Install the exhaust crossover heat shield.
5. Install the exhaust crossover heat shield nuts.
^ Tighten the nuts to 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.).
