Valve Lifter Installation
1.
Dip the valve lifters in prelube GM P/N 12345501 or equivalent.
2.
Install the valve lifters.
3.
Install the valve lifter guides.
4.
Install the valve lifter guide bolts.

Tighten the valve lifter guide bolts to
30 Nm (22 ft. lbs.).
NOTICE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
