Fuel Pressure Control Module: Service and Repair






REMOVAL PROCEDURE

1. Remove the negative battery cable.

2. Pull back the rear compartment trim panel.

3. Remove the fuel pump control module (1) attaching nut (2).

4. Remove the electrical connector (3) from the fuel pump control module.


INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

1. Install the fuel pump control module (1) attaching nut (2).
^ Tighten the fuel pump control module attaching nut to 9 Nm (80 in. lbs.).

NOTICE: Refer to Service Precautions / Fasteners.

2. Install the electrical connector (3) to the fuel pump control module (1).

3. Re-position the trunk liner.

4. Install the negative battery cable.
