Cruise Control Module: Service and Repair




REMOVAL PROCEDURE

CAUTION: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in Cautions and Notices.

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the cruise control cable.
3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the cruise control module assembly.
4. Unclip the hinged retaining strap from the bracket at the top of the module.
5. Remove the cruise control module from the mounting bracket.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the cruise control module assembly to the mounting bracket.
2. Connect the electrical connector to the module.
3. Install the cruise control cable.
4. Connect the negative battery cable.
