Control Assembly Replacement - Passenger

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the passenger door trim pad.
2. Remove the switch plate.
3. Remove the passenger temperature control assembly.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the passenger temperature control assembly.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the retaining screws to secure the passenger control assembly.

Tighten
Tighten the fasteners to 1.8 N.m (16 lb in).

3. Install the switch plate.
4. Install the passenger door trim pad.
