Control Assembly Replacement




REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the I/P cluster trim plate.
2. Remove the retaining screws from the HVAC control assembly.
3. Pull the assembly out from the instrument panel.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the HVAC control assembly into the instrument panel using the guide pins.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the retaining screws to secure the HVAC control assembly.

Tighten
Tighten the fasteners to 1.8 N.m (16 lb in).

3. Install the I/P cluster trim plate.
