AIR Shut-Off Valve Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Raise the vehicle.
2. Remove the steering linkage shield.
3. Disconnect the vacuum hose (1) from the shut-off valve (2).




4. Disconnect the shut-off valve hose (1) from the AIR pump by releasing the spring clamp.




5. Disconnect the reactor pipe assembly from the reactor pipes by releasing the spring clamps.




6. Remove the reactor pipe assembly.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Connect the reactor pipe assembly to the reactor pipes by installing the spring clamps.




2. Install the vacuum hose (1) to the shut-off valve (2).




3. Connect the shut-oft valve hose (1) to the AIR pump by installing the spring clamp.
4. Install the steering linkage shield.
