Daytime Running Lamp Control Unit: Service and Repair





REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the LH instrument panel insulator.
3. Grasp the Daytime Running Lamp (DRL) module and slide it upward to release the module tabs from the retaining slots on the BCM bracket; reposition the module.
4. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the DRL control module and remove the module.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Connect the electrical connectors to the DRL control module.
2. Position the DRL control module to the BCM bracket, then slide the module downward to secure the module tabs into the retaining slots on the bracket.
3. Install the LH instrument panel insulator.
4. Connect the negative battery cable.
