Windshield Washer Pump: Service and Repair





REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Raise the vehicle.
2. Remove the wheel.
3. Remove the inner fender liner.
4. Remove the connector and the hose from the washer pump.
5. Remove the washer pump from the washer solvent container.
5. 1. Pull top of the washer pump out from the side of the washer solvent container.
5. 2. Remove the washer pump from the washer solvent container.
6. Remove the washer pump seal from the washer solvent container.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the washer pump seal in the washer solvent container.
2. Install the washer pump in the washer solvent container.
2.1. Push the washer pump inlet into the washer solvent container completely.
2.2. Push the top of the washer pump into the side of the washer solvent container.
3. Install the hose and the connector to the washer pump.
4. Install the inner fender liner.
5. Install the wheel.
6. Lower the vehicle.
