Power Mirror Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the front door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement. Service and Repair




2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the outside rearview mirror.

Important: Support the outside rearview mirror.


3. Remove the outside rearview mirror to front door nuts.
4. Remove the outside rearview mirror from the front door.

Installation Procedure

1. Align the outside rearview mirror to the front door.





Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the rearview outside mirror to front door nuts.
Start with the lower left nut and proceed in a clockwise direction.

Tighten the outside rearview mirror nuts to 10 Nm (89 lb in).

3. Install the electrical connector to the rearview outside mirror.
4. Install the front door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement. Service and Repair
