Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor (FTP)
Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor:
The Fuel Tank Pressure
(FTP) Sensor is mounted on the Modular Fuel Sender Assembly. The FTP Sensor measures the difference between the fuel tank pressure and the barometric pressure (outside air). The FTP is used in various Evaporative Emission Diagnostics to determine the integrity of the Evaporative Emission System.
