Cabin Temperature Sensor / Switch: Service and Repair

INSIDE AIR TEMPERATURE SENSOR REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the cluster trim plate.
2. Remove the knee bolster.




3. Disconnect the electrical connector.




4. Pull the inside air temperature sensor out from the instrument panel and remove from the aspirator hose.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the inside air temperature sensor to the aspirator hose.
2. Connect the electrical connector.




3. Install the sensor into the instrument panel.
4. Install the knee bolster.
5. Install the cluster trim plate.
