BLOWER MOTOR CONTROL PROCESSOR REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the right closeout panel.
2. Remove the instrument panel compartment.
3. Remove the dash integration module (DIM) from the bracket and position aside.
4. Remove the rear DIM bracket screws and lower the bracket enough to access the blower motor control processor.




5. Disconnect the electrical connector (1).
6. Remove the blower motor control processor retaining screws.
7. Remove the blower motor control processor.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the blower motor control processor.
2. Install the retaining screw.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten
Tighten the screw to 2 N.m (18 lb in).




3. Connect the electrical connector (1).
4. Install the DIM bracket screws.

Tighten
Tighten the screw to 1.4 N.m (12 lb in).
5. Install the DIM into the bracket.
6. Install the instrument panel storage compartment.
7. Install the right closeout panel.
