Throttle Position Switch: Testing and Inspection

1. Connect ohmmeter between pins 52 and 30 of ECU pin connector.
2. With accelerator at idle position, correct resistance reading is less than 1 ohm.
3. With accelerator pedal fully depressed, correct resistance reading is infinite.
4. Connect ohmmeter between pins 53 and 30 of ECU pin connector.
5. With accelerator pedal at idle position, correct resistance reading is infinite.
6. With accelerator pedal fully depressed, correct resistance reading is less than 1 ohm.
