Throttle Position Switch: Adjustments

1. Connect ohmmeter across tester terminals (9), Fig. 7.
2. Place a .004 inch (.1mm), feeler gauge between the throttle flap stop and lever (11), Fig. 8.
3. Unlock locknut (12), then move screw (1), to obtain resistance below 1 ohm.
4. Coat threads of screw (10), with normal holding Loctite, then install.
5. Lock locknut (12), then remove feeler gauge. Ohmmeter should read infinite resistance. If not, repeat procedure, or replace microswitch.
