Cruise Control Servo: Service and Repair


1980-82 REAR WHEEL DRIVE MODELS

1. Remove nut and washer assemblies attaching servo cable cover to servo housing.
2. Pull cover away from servo to expose cable retaining clip, then remove cable to servo diaphragm pin retaining clip.
3. Disconnect speedometer cables, vacuum hose and electrical connectors from servo, then remove servo from mounting bracket.
4. Reverse procedure to install. Align throttle cable with servo pin, with throttle in wide open position, then insert retaining clip.
