4A Checking Engine Timing

1. Connect timing device to engine, then have assistant start engine while you look for timing marks.
2. Ensure timing is 0---16°BTDC, then proceed to check valve timing and check compression.
3. If timing is not 0---16°BTDC, proceed to Step B.
