3 Checking Logic Module

1. Connect diagnostic read-out tool to engine test connector.
2. Cycle ignition switch on, off, on, off and on within five seconds.
3. If code 88 is displayed on diagnostic read-out tool, proceed to Test 4.
4. If code 88 is not displayed on diagnostic read-out tool, check for open circuit between logic module and diagnostic connector and repair as necessary. If circuit is satisfactory, replace logic module.
