4. Needle valve sticking or clogged.
5. Malfunctioning engine coolant temperature sensor.
6. Disconnected vacuum hose.
7. Malfunctioning slow cut solenoid valve.
8. Malfunctioning feedback solenoid valve.
9. Malfunctioning vacuum switch during cold engine operation.
10. Faulty ECU.
11. Broken, short circuited or incorrectly connected harness connector.
